Yep, you are reading it correct.  I do not want satisfied customers.

I believe that a satisfied customer is just that.  The customers expectations were met with the goods or services they purchased but nothing more.  In other words, they were not disappointed with the service they received but they were not delighted either, they were just satisfied. 

In my opinion, the business world has set the bar too low.  Satisfied is not enough! 

So while other businesses are looking to satisfy their customers, I am more interested in developing "raving fans" of my service.
